Ms. Lindsay represents business clients in a broad range of commercial matters involving contracts, leases, business formation matters, the sale and acquisition of property, litigation, and legal compliance.
Ms. Lindsay also represents clients in regulatory issues involving ERISA and other federal statutes affecting retirement, health and welfare benefit plans. This representation includes advising clients on administrative and regulatory matters, fiduciary issues, and complex investments. She also has significant experience in drafting plan and trust documents for multiemployer benefit plans.
She also represents businesses and individuals in a broad range of real estate matters, including the acquisition and leasing of residential and commercial properties, title examination and analysis, and representation in real estate disputes. She also has experience in basic will and trust drafting and guidance.
Ms. Lindsay received her Juris Doctor in 2010 from DePaul University College of Law, Chicago, Illinois. Prior to joining Hessian & McKasy, P.A., Ms. Lindsay worked for a business law firm in Chicago.
Ms. Lindsay is licensed to practice in Minnesota state and federal courts, the 8th Circuit, Illinois state and federal courts, and the E.D. Michigan.
