Owen Jackson joined Hessian & McKasy, P.A. as an associate attorney in 2024. Mr. Jackson represents clients in regulatory issues involving ERISA and other federal statutes affecting retirement, health and welfare benefit plans. He also works on commercial matters involving contracts, business formation, real estate, and general litigation.
Mr. Jackson received his Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor on the Mitchell Hamline Law Review, Legal Writing Assistant, and Research Assistant. Prior to joining Hessian & McKasy, and during his time in law school, Owen served as an extern to the Honorable Susan R. Nelson in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota and served as a legal intern at the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the District of Minnesota.
