William M. Florek

William M. Florek joined Hessian & McKasy, P.A. in 2023 as an associate attorney. His practice involves transactional and litigation matters, including:

Mr. Florek represents business clients in a broad range of commercial matters involving contracts, business formation, real estate, litigation, and ERISA. He also represents clients in environmental and administrative matters as well.

Mr. Florek received his Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where he was a Senior Editor for the University of St. Thomas Law Journal. Prior to joining Hessian & McKasy, Mr. Florek served as a law clerk to the Honorable David. C. Brown in Ramsey County District Court and practiced as an Assistant County Attorney for the Hennepin County Attorney's Office.

Mr. Florek is licensed to practice in Minnesota.
